Every person is valued. Every person is invited to belong. It’s Gods desire that every person would be reconciled to Him through faith in Jesus Christ.
Beliefs
We Are a Christian People
Our faith for salvation and eternal life in Heaven is in Jesus Christ and His teachings. We believe the basic truths of Christianity are as follows:
The Trinity
We believe in one God who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The God of the Bible is the only true God.
The Bible
The Bible is the Word of God and is our final authority in doctrine and practice. The Bible is the ultimate source of truth concerning God, sin, salvation, life and eternity.
Humanity
All people are created in the image of God and, therefore, have intrinsic worth.
Sin
Humanity, as whole, has chosen to reject God and must be saved. All people are born with a sin nature that must be dealt with.
Salvation
Jesus Christ is the Savior of all people through his life, death for our sins, and resurrection. Salvation through Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven.
Faith
Any individual who places their faith in Jesus Christ will be saved apart from any righteousness of their own.
Sanctification/Holiness
Sanctification is the process by which the Holy Spirit cleanses and purifies those who are trusting in Jesus and do not resist His work in them.
The Church
The universal Church consists of all people who believe in Jesus Christ, and their mission, as the body of Christ, is to tell the good news about Jesus by their words and by their acts of love to all people.
The Sacraments
Christ commanded us to baptize in water all those who believe in him. He instituted the Lord’s Supper to be practiced by the church in remembrance of his death.
Christ's Second Coming
Christ will come again physically to establish his kingdom on earth, and this will be accompanied by the resurrection of the dead and judgment of all people.
We Are a Holiness People
God, who is holy, calls us to a life of holiness. We believe that the Holy Spirit seeks to do a second work of grace in every believer giving us the desire to be cleansed from all sin, renewing us in the image of God, empowering us to love God with our whole heart, soul, mind, and strength, and love all people. To live a holy life allows the Spirit of God to work freely in and through us and take complete control of our lives.
We Are a Missional People
We are a sent people, responding to the call of Christ and empowered by the Holy Spirit to go into all the world and make disciples, witnessing to the Lordship of Christ and participating with God in the building of the Church and His kingdom (Matthew 28:19-20; 2 Corinthians 6:1). Our local church mission, or purpose, is to equip people in developing the lifestyle of a disciple of Christ.

A Little About Our Pastor:
Pastor Dorie and her husband Jeffrey have a passion to see people connect with Jesus and come into community with the Body of Christ. The thrust of their ministry is to help people experience the love of the Father, the salvation of the Son and become committed to a life of transformation through the work of the Holy Spirit. They are the parents of six grown children and their spouses, and have been blessed with 10 grandchildren. Pastor Dorie is currently obtaining her M.A. at Wesley Seminary through Indiana Wesleyan University. It's their heart to bring glory to God through meaningful and relational ministries.
